Spectris

Spectris is a standardbred appaloosa mare born in 2007.  She was found in the back of a lorry on the hottest day of the year.  She had been shut in for over 24 hours and was very ill and stressed when we got to her. She was also with foal.

She has made great progress since then. She is lightly backed and would make a wonderful project.

Taylor

Taylor is a piebald gypsy cob born in 2015.  She was found loose on the road by local builders who held on to her and called us to come and collect her. They also named her.

Taylor has been ridden but needs a kind, patient handler who will restore her trust.

Bernard

Bernard is a 16hh standardbred gelding born in 2011. He was reported to us as he was pulling a cart and had been driven repeatedly into a wall in a Supermarket car park.

He's a stunning boy who lives outside 24/7. Needs a kind, patient handler who will give him confidence.

Spy

Spy is a black gypsy cob born in 2019. Found when he was barely 4 months old with Soldier after their mothers were removed. Has been rehomed but returned due to no fault of his own. A stunning mini cob who will make a lovely child's riding pony in an experienced home.

Queen B.jpg

Queen B

This beautiful girl came from Spain and was put into a riding school. She became lame on numerous occasions and wasn't earning her keep so we were asked to take her. She has been ridden simply at a walk so her soundness hasn't been tested as yet. Lovely nature, stunning Andalusian mare born in 2014.

Duke is a dapple grey Irish Draught born in 2007.  Bought as a riding horse but following issues under saddle and consequent vet check it was found he has kissing spines so he was surrendered to us. He also suffers with wobblers but lives out with no issues. A favourite with everyone that meets him.

Soldier

Found at 4 months old (with Spy) abandoned in a field after their Mothers had been removed. They were rehomed together in 2022 to be brought on as children's ponies but were sadly returned when the children lost interest. Soldier has been backed and ridden by a child, and done very well but he has a strong character. A black gypsy cob born in 2019.

Sabs.jpg

Sabs

Sabs is an Arab gelding born in 2004, a very pretty horse, surrendered to us after his owner could no longer manage him due to family issues. He's easy to handle and would make a perfect companion.

chella.jpg

Chella

Chella is a lovely Standardbred mare, first ridden in 2020 at age 3, now happily ridden by a 12 year old on in the fields and on the roads. She is good with traffic and and is currently teaching a 12 year old to ride safely. in the fields and on the roads. Good with traffic, she is great to take hacking out alone but she prefers company. Chella is still a young pony and needs further schooling. She as great potential to become a superb pony for hacking and go on to do shows and competitions in the future.
