Spectris

Spectris is a standardbred appaloosa mare born in 2007.  She was found in the back of a lorry on the hottest day of the year.  She had been shut in for over 24 hours and was very ill and stressed when we got to her. She was also with foal.

She has made great progress since then. She is lightly backed and would make a wonderful project.

Queen B.jpg

Queen B

This beautiful girl came from Spain and was put into a riding school. She became lame on numerous occasions and wasn't earning her keep so we were asked to take her. She has been ridden simply at a walk so her soundness hasn't been tested as yet. Lovely nature, stunning Andalusian mare born in 2014.

Storm is a piebald gypsy cob gelding born in 2002. He arrived with with 3 others after having been found running loose on a busy road when he was just 1 year old. Although he was neglected he has been backed and ridden. He’s has his “quirks” but is good to handle and loves a groom and a fuss.

They were rehomed together in 2022 to be brought on as children's ponies but were sadly returned when the children lost interest. Sabs.jpg

Sabs

Sabs is an Arab gelding born in 2004, a very pretty horse, surrendered to us after his owner could no longer manage him due to family issues. He's easy to handle and would make a perfect companion.

chella.jpg

Chella

Chella is a lovely Standardbred mare, first ridden in 2020 at age 3, now happily ridden by a 12 year old on in the fields and on the roads. She is good with traffic and and is currently teaching a 12 year old to ride safely. in the fields and on the roads. Good with traffic, she is great to take hacking out alone but she prefers company. Chella is still a young pony and needs further schooling. She as great potential to become a superb pony for hacking and go on to do shows and competitions in the future.
