Are you concerned about a horse? If you are concerned for a horse's welfare, you can report it to the appropriate organisation depending on its location.
You might suspect it has been mistreated or abandoned, Some signs that a horse may be neglected include: lameness, being overweight or underweight, poor grooming, skin conditions, and overgrown feet.

If the horse needs immediate care and you can't find the owner, you can contact a local equine vet for advice.

If you feel a more urgent response is required, or if it is an emergency, please contact the RSPCA.
